Phnom Penh, Cambodia (January 18, 2011) – Angkor Jeep Tours has officially launched its services during the Asean Tourism Forum (ATF) in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia which took place from 18 – 21 January 2011.
“This is a special experience we would like to create for visitors to Cambodia, especially Angkor Wat, and it’s totally different from what our travelers can expect from a traditional and classical tours, we believe that our travelers will appreciate this unconventional experience and have their fun time when travel with us”, said Mr. Lav Heng, Director of Angkor Jeep Tours
The experience that the company creates is to restore a fleet of the military Jeep M151 A2, the utility tactical trucks which were used in the past (American War in the 70s) then by decades of experience in travel business, carefully pick the destinations especially challenging places in Cambodia to suit the concept of adventure, freedom, a little bit of ‘rebellion’ and most of all self actualization.
“Named Angkor Jeep Tours does not mean we operate only in Angkor Wat but anywhere in the country we find meaningful for our travelers; into the wild, up to the mountains, on the peaceful country roads, down to the tranquil beaches, we have it all” added Mr. Lav Heng.
The company also offers small little things to memorize the trips, some gifts and souvenirs such as fashion T-shirt designed by Angkor Jeep Tours and especially professional photos/post cards given right after the tours for travelers to bring home and share with their families and friends.
